Imagine a world where hard work is rewarded, truth and justice prevail in courtrooms, the government doesn’t steal your labor by debasing the currency, bureaucrats aren’t captured by corporations, and our taxes go toward critical infrastructure instead of wars overseas.

Never Forget...when skate parks were filled with sand to make them unusable during COVID mandated lockdowns.
Never forget how they treated us, locked us down & ruined outdoor parks to keep us inside.
the hospital you were born in charged your mother $40 for the first time she held you
it's called "skin-to-skin contact" and there's a billing code for it. CPT 99460. your mother went through labor, pushed a human being out of her body, and the hospital charged her forty dollars for the privilege of touching her own child
this is the same billing system that's destroying your credit score right now
a single ER visit generates 15-40 individual line items. each one has a CPT code. each code has a chargemaster price set by the hospital. and that chargemaster is a fictional document that has no connection to the actual cost of anything
a bag of IV saline: hospital cost $0.86, chargemaster price $400-$900
a single acetaminophen tablet (tylenol): hospital cost $0.02, chargemaster price $15-$50
a basic blood panel: lab cost $12, chargemaster price $200-$1,100
a CT scan: equipment cost per scan ~$50, chargemaster price $3,000-$10,000
every single one of these inflated charges becomes a "debt" when you don't pay. and that debt gets sold to a collector for 2-4 cents on the dollar. and that collector puts it on your credit report as if you actually owe $47 for a tylenol tablet
there are 100 million americans carrying medical debt right now. roughly 1 in 3 adults. it's the #1 cause of collections on credit reports and the #1 reason people file bankruptcy in this country
and most of it is made up numbers from a document nobody was supposed to see
the play:
for any medical bill over $1,000, ALWAYS request the itemized bill first. not the summary bill they send you (one big number designed to scare you into paying). the line-by-line itemized version with CPT codes for every charge
google each CPT code against the fair market rate at fairhealthconsumer.org. compare what the hospital charged versus what the procedure actually costs in your geographic area. you will find overcharges on almost every bill. sometimes 3x. sometimes 10x
once you have the itemized bill, call the hospital billing department and say this:
"i'm reviewing my itemized charges and i've identified several line items that significantly exceed fair market rates for my area. i'd like to discuss an adjustment before this goes any further. i also want to confirm whether i qualify for your financial assistance program under your charity care policy"
every nonprofit hospital in america (which is most of them) is legally required to have a financial assistance policy under Section 501(r) of the Internal Revenue Code. if your income falls below a certain threshold relative to the federal poverty level (usually 200-400% FPL), the hospital must reduce or eliminate your bill entirely. they are required by law to have this program and required to tell you about it
most don't tell you about it. because every dollar you pay in full is a dollar they don't have to write off
if the bill has already gone to collections:
the collector bought inflated chargemaster numbers for pennies. they can't produce the original itemized bill. they can't explain the CPT codes. they can't verify the charges are accurate. they bought a spreadsheet
send the validation letter under FDCPA 809. demand the original itemized statement with CPT codes, the payment history showing insurance adjustments, and proof the remaining balance is accurate after all insurance payments and contractual adjustments
collectors almost never have this level of documentation for medical accounts. the hospital sold the debt and moved on. the paperwork went with it
a woman came to us with $67,000 in medical collections across three hospital visits. we requested itemized bills for all three. found $23,000 in duplicate charges, upcoded procedures, and facility fees that were already included in the surgeon's bill. disputed the collections using the itemized discrepancies as evidence. two collectors couldn't validate at all. the third settled for $4,200 on a $31,000 account
she went from $67,000 in medical debt to $4,200 in total payments. her score went from 541 to 718 in 90 days. she bought a house 6 months later
the hospital charged your mom $40 to hold you. and they'll charge you $50 for a tylenol today. and they'll put both on your credit report if you don't pay. and they'll sell it for pennies to a collector who'll harass you for years
the entire system runs on your ignorance. the billing, the collections, the reporting. every layer depends on you never looking at the itemized charges and never questioning the numbers
we look at the numbers. we question everything. and we get the bullshit off your credit report. link in bio

We are fighting for the core of this country, justice and free speech. While others stay SILENT, we are putting everything on the line up and defending the rights of the American people. We DEMAND real accountability, not silence. When our team risks their lives and nothing happens, that’s UNACCEPTABLE.

I have never seen James O’Keefe get this emotional...
James just SNAPPED on the livestream. He's PISSED at the DOJ for not making a SINGLE ARREST after he exposed blatant voter fraud ON CAMERA in California.
“I’m not going to put my life in harm’s way for NOTHING! I saw what happened to Charlie Kirk. So, I can go on vacation — when y’all are going to arrest somebody, I’ll come back!”
Hundreds of Americans have called for MORE ARRESTS, will we get them?

Let me explain what just happened 👇
5 minutes before the President announced a halt to attacks on Iran… someone placed a $1.5 BILLION bet on stocks going up and dumped $192 million in oil.
5 minutes…
These trades were 4 to 6 times larger than anything else in the entire market. Whoever did this wasn’t guessing. You don’t risk $1.5 billion on a hunch.
There was zero public indication this announcement was coming. No leaks. No press. Nothing. The only people who knew were in the room when the decision was made.
Someone in that room picked up a phone.
And within minutes they made more money than most Americans will earn in a thousand lifetimes. In a single trade. On a war that cost you $4+ a gallon gas and $16 billion in tax dollars.
American citizens funded this war. Politicians are profiting from it.
This is not the first time. Every major announcement from this administration has had massive suspicious trades right before it dropped. Tariff reversals. Policy shifts. War decisions.
This is the most blatant insider trading operation in the history of American politics. It’s not even close. And it’s happening over and over in broad daylight.
You would go to federal prison for trading on a tip from your cousin. These people are front running war decisions with billion dollar bets and nobody will ever ask a single question.
Nobody will be investigated. Nobody will be charged. By tomorrow this will be buried under the next satisfying headline. Just like last time. And the time before that.
The game is rigged. And they’re not even trying to hide it anymore…
BREAKING: Just five minutes before Trump's announcement to halt the attacks on Iran, massive trades reportedly hit the market.
In one move, $1.5 billion in S&P 500 (ES) futures was bought while $192 million in oil (CL) futures was sold.
These orders were 4–6x larger than anything else at the time.
The trader seemingly made huge gains.
Unusual.

If you’re tired of seeing my face in your newsfeed or on the TV, apologies in advance, because it’s about to get a lot worse. By the end of the year, you’re going to be absolutely sick of me, due to America’s ever widening skills gap, and our ongoing attempts to close it with a record number of work ethic scholarships from mikeroweWORKS, and therefor, a record number of invitations to apply.
The situation is serious. Skilled tradespeople are retiring much faster than they’re being replaced. For every 5 that leave the workforce, two come in. The math is not sustainable, and not a week goes by that I don’t hear from some industry leader wondering if I can help with their recruiting challenges. Every trade is in demand like never before. In fact, there’s been so much outreach from so many CEO’s and elected officials, that we’ve doubled the size of our scholarship fund, and extended the application period this year from six weeks to nine months.
Last year, we received 10X the number of applications we normally get, and this year, with the disruption of AI, I suspect the number will be even higher. These are AI-proof, six-figure jobs that don’t require college debt, but instead, training. Thus, I will be cluttering up the media landscape with an onslaught of invitations to apply for scholarships, (like the one attached,) and good-natured appeals to support our efforts with a modest (or immodest) donation.
Toward that end, I’m pleased to announce that the enrollment period is officially open. Funds are now available to help train the next generation of skilled workers. My goal this year is to award $10 million in scholarships, and you’re invited to apply today. Or, if the spirit moves you, to support our efforts with a donation of any size. The donate button is big and red and hard to miss at mikeroweworks.org/.
If nothing else, please share this, so others can be similarly annoyed with another unsolicited invitation to help us close America's skills gap.

I will always tell the American people the truth.
Pesticides and herbicides are toxic by design, engineered to kill living organisms. When we apply them across millions of acres and allow them into our food system, we put Americans at risk. Chemical manufacturers have paid tens of billions of dollars to settle cancer claims linked to their products, and many agricultural communities report elevated cancer rates and chronic disease.
Unfortunately, our agricultural system depends heavily on these chemicals. The U.S. represents 4% of the world’s population, yet we use roughly 25% of its pesticides. If these inputs disappeared overnight, crop yields would fall, food prices would surge, and America would experience a massive loss of farms even beyond what we are witnessing today. The consequences would be disastrous.
I support President Trump’s Executive Order to bring agricultural chemical production back to the United States and end our near-total reliance on adversarial nations. His EO protects two pillars of national strength: our defense readiness and our food supply. When hostile actors control critical inputs, they directly threaten the security of the American people. The Trump administration will secure these supply chains to eliminate that vulnerability.
President Trump did not build our current system — he inherited it. For decades, Washington designed modern agriculture. Policymakers wrote farm policy, directed research dollars, structured subsidies and crop insurance, and shaped commodity markets to reward monocultures and maximum yield. Those deliberate choices locked farmers into chemical dependence and prioritized short-term output over long-term soil vitality and human health.
We are now changing course — without destabilizing the food supply.
Alongside @USDA @SecRollins, we are accelerating the transition to regenerative agriculture by expanding farming systems that rebuild soil, increase biodiversity, improve water retention, and reduce reliance on synthetic chemicals, including pre-harvest desiccation.
We are also driving the rapid adoption of next-generation technologies, including laser-guided weed control, electrothermal and electrical systems, robotics, precision mechanical cultivation, and biological controls that replace blanket spraying with precision intervention.
These solutions are not theoretical. Farmers are already putting them to work. Markets are scaling them. Now the federal government will act with urgency to expand their reach and accelerate adoption nationwide.
I have met with hundreds of farmers and agricultural leaders across the country. They understand the pressures firsthand. Chemical inputs cut into margins. Chemical-resistant pests are spreading. Soil health is declining. Foreign markets are shutting out American produce. Farmers want workable alternatives, and they want policies that support transition without threatening their livelihoods.
At HHS, I am leading a coordinated effort grounded in gold standard science. I am working with Secretary Rollins and @EPALeeZeldin to expedite a better future where a thriving agricultural system is less dependent on harmful chemicals. We are sharing data, coordinating strategy, and supporting farmers through a practical transition.
The Make America Healthy Again agenda forces us to challenge long-standing assumptions about how we grow food, structure markets, and measure success in this country. Reform at this scale will test entrenched interests, and it will not move in a straight line.
President Trump has opened the door to this debate and backed meaningful change — not only in policy, but in the national conversation about health and agriculture.
American farmers stand at the center of this movement. They deserve policies rooted in rigorous science and economic reality. Our children deserve a food system that protects and strengthens their health.
With President Trump’s leadership, we are securing critical supply chains, confronting the health risks embedded in our current system, and deploying every available tool to build a stronger, safer, more resilient American food supply.

If President Trump *really* wanted Massie out of Congress, he should’ve listened to farmers and put him in charge of the USDA. Trying to get him to compromise on principle and increase spending? That will never work—lesser men have tried and failed (he literally wears a debt clock on his jacket). The White House missed the mark on this one.
