Good morning, dear friends in Christ. ☀️ As this new day begins and the light breaks over the mountains, Psalm 24:8 asks a question that still steadies every heart that answers it honestly: “Who is this King of glory? The LORD strong and mighty, the LORD mighty in battle.” He is the King who does not merely watch our struggles from a distance. He enters them. The same Lord who parted seas, silenced storms, and rose from the grave is the One who walks with us into ordinary mornings that feel anything but ordinary. Spiritually, He is the Warrior who has already secured the ultimate victory over sin and death. Emotionally, His presence quiets the places where fear, weariness, or old wounds still try to speak louder than His Word. Personally, He meets us right where the day actually is—whether that is a quiet concern, a heavy responsibility, a lingering battle of the mind, or simply the need for strength to keep going with grace. Lift up the gates of your heart this morning. The King of glory is ready to come in. His strength does not diminish when yours feels small. His might does not depend on how steady you feel. He is mighty in battle, and that battle includes the ones you are facing today. Heavenly Father, King of glory, we open the doors of this day to You. Be strong and mighty in every place we need You—in our thoughts, our homes, our bodies, and our faith. Fight for us where we are weak. Steady us where we are weary. Let Your victory cover us.
