My #18XX calculator (18XXc) is live on the App Store and Google Play. Give it a whirl if you are so lucky to get to play some in-person games.

Google has announced that "developers with newly created personal Play Console accounts will soon be required to test their apps with at least 20 people for a minimum of two weeks before applying for access to production."
More specifically, Google says developers with personal accounts created after November 13, 2023, have to "run a closed test for [their] app with a minimum of 20 testers who have opted-in for at least the last 14 days continuously." By "continuously", Google means that they "won't count testers who opted in, tested for less than 14 days, and then opted out."
Certain features in the Play Console, such as Production (Release > Production) and Pre-registration (Release > Testing > Pre-registration) will be disabled until these requirements are met. Google will ask developers "some questions to help [them] understand your app, its testing process, and its production readiness."
The features that will be restricted until the new requirements are met
Here's a table that summarizes the testing requirements per track:

18BE proposed draft cover. boardgamegeek.com/thread/296… Please vote. Thanks
some context for this tweet, thats me & @ADRadioCFRU (+2) meeting up in London, ON yesterday for a game at Saga board game cafe.
Great time!, we even got in a game of 5-3-5 after 18MEX.
Why is it that Canvas.drawPaint ignores Size and CustomPaint widget boundaries and just fills the entire screen? #flutter
Podcasting at its best; what really creative people can do when no one is there to say no to them. Thank you for this wonderful episode @TheTrainRush, @Joecamotive and Norm.

3rd game of 1848. Tried my hardest to push the game forward, took loans at every opportunity, started companies when I could, bought trains. In the end the game was won by owning the best company.
Still feel this game has way too much money, especially at 3 player.
Played 18Ches: OTR from @aag18xx with 6 players. First 3 bought in OR1.1. 2's rusted in OR 2.2. Player bankrupted in OR 3.3. A fine lunch game.
Second game of 1848. Much better than the first try, trains got rushed and loans got taken. Though, no company needed any loans until the first permanent and the only receivership was totally self inflicted. The run-good-company player did not win this time (the investor did).
First game of 1848. Played it at 3p and the game felt way to cash rich. No company was ever in trouble, we all ended at cert limit, and the bank broke on 5s with every major train locked, and only 1 loan taken.
We must have been doing something wrong, there was no game here

18XXc v3.11 is out in both stores. Adds support for 1860: Railways on the Isle of Wight and 1848: Australia.
Includes 60's insolvency rules, custom stock prices for 48's BoE, and diesel calculations for 18MEX.
Second game of 18NewEngland by @aag18xx. Different set of starting minors caused the map to develop completely differently; this time it was a tale of two halves that only connected in the end game.
Still having problems figuring out the engine in this game, had to fight for 2nd
Second game of 61. This time everyone was aware of the national and we managed to starve it and keep it with a single train for all the game. Never finished a game of #18xx with so few stocks in my portfolio.
First game of 61. First part played very slowly; minors ran for little and built up the map. The first major formed and when it bought the first 4, bunch of good minors got nationalised because all the 2's rusted. The national ran like an express after that, eating trains #18xx
