Have 7 female athletes that come in currently that post some pretty freak-ish accel numbers. Older HS/College-aged.
All have ran fly 5-10s.
-4 mid 1.3s
-2 1.30
-1 with a 1.26, which broke our all time female athlete fly 510 record.
Things they all had in common?
✅incredible levels of relative strength (peak the heavy squats+chin up reps at the end from some of them!)
✅excellent RFD capabilities (being able to display forces/strength quickly!)
✅body angles/positions that allowed them to express their outputs effectively!
In a nutshell…get strong…get powerful…and then the mechanical component is the icing on the 🎂
Wanted to make this quick post about the importance of keeping training simple, focusing on what actually carries over when it comes to getting results for majority of athletes!💪🚀
Showcase got cut short due to the rain, but here are 2 of my at bats from this weekend!!

So proud of our team for bouncing back and winning a regional championship! I was able to make it back for the last 3 playoffs games and did my best to help my team with a broken finger. Here are a few clips from the past games!!
