Mr. Ambassador, the Arabs who vote are Israelis...
An old Around the Horn watcher here.
The great @woodypaige used to say, "The series doesn't start until the home team loses a game."
Go #Dodgers in NLCS, G3.
Is Craig Counsell on the managerial hot seat for the 2027 season?
One of the highest paid managers with a contract through 2028.
His Cubs teams best showing is a WC series victory in the 2025 postseason.

When a synagogue is attacked or vandalized in the United States, it makes headlines across the Israeli media. When it happens at a Reform synagogue in Jerusalem - Kol HaNeshama - barely anyone seems to notice. Sadly, this is not an isolated incident. For years, progressive Jews have been demonized and delegitimized in Israel. When chief rabbis and politicians speak about Reform Jews with contempt, we should not be surprised when that turns into violence.
Here is an idea - there is an Orthodox synagogue next to Kol Haneshama called Nitznaim, led by a nice charismatic rabbi. He has an opportunity to show Israelis something else. A suggestion - The Nitzanim community should stand this Shabbat morning in solidarity with their neighbor.
🇮🇱 JERUSALEM REFORM SYNAGOGUE VANDALIZED OVER SHABBAT
Kol HaNeshama synagogue in Jerusalem’s Baka neighborhood was vandalized overnight Friday-Saturday.
Several youths breached the grounds, broke a window, entered the synagogue and tore a Pride flag in the main sanctuary, “damaging a work of art that hangs there.”
The congregation said: “Vandalism and violence won’t dim our light.”
Police are investigating. The synagogue has faced similar vandalism in the past.
Don't panic about the Dodgers playing the wildcard team in the playoffs. The 2025 series against the Reds was just what the team needed to lock in to October baseball.
In this season when the Dodgers seemed to do everything right, the fan base forgot that the Dodgers historically needs to find the hardest path to a championship.
The Dodgers are getting all of their losing out of the way in Chicago so they can sweep the D-backs in Arizona this weekend.
Each contender could have offered a sweeter deal of controllable players past 2027 and absorb the remaining $10 million salary, but only the Dodgers stepped up with the best offer.
This is why everyone hates the #Dodgers.
Two front-line starters, Snell and Glasnow, have been on the IL most of the year, they continue with the Roki Sasaki experiment, and still have the best record in MLB.
Then, they come back from a 6-run deficit to beat the Padres 12-7.
If the @Mets season panic button hasn't been pressed, the finger is on it.
They are in an 8 game losing streak and scored just 3 runs during the series sweep by the Dodgers.
They have the 2nd highest payroll after the Dodgers.
When does Cohen blow up the FO?
Vance goes 0-3 this weekend.
Flies to help Orban win the Hungary election. Orban loses big time on Sunday.
Then, onto Pakistan for peace negotiations with Iran. That meeting falls flat on its face.
Meanwhile, Rubio hangs out with Trump smoking cigars and sipping champagne.
The Giants play the Dodgers on April 22, 23, 24. This series could be a make or break point in the season for Vitello if the remaining games look like the first two.
Looking at the Giants coaching staff, I see a few immediate manager options if this first Vitello season doesn't begin to get its legs underneath it.
