Jesus never prayed for a single sick person. He talked to sicknesses and demons, or touched people. Talked and touched.

If the kind of transformation I'm imagining for my neighborhood or nation can be accomplished by a Government, my idea of transformation falls short of the kind Christ has in mind.

It seems God is interested in entrusting more to those who are most satisfied in Him.

Jesus was 100% divine + 100% human. Interesting that he spent more time emphasizing his humanness (“Son of Man” statements). Making a point?

He said things like: “by myself I can do nothing” Jn 5.30 & that He would only do & say what He sees & hears from the Father (Jn 5.19,12.50)

I love Psalm 18.35-36, not for what it means for me but for what it reveals about Him!
