The rider picked up the phone, cancelled the order after collecting it, blocked us and has refused to return the phone or respond to our calls/messages. This is no longer a simple delivery issue. The rider has taken someone’s phone and is refusing to return it. We need this escalated immediately. We need the rider located and the phone recovered. @inDrive , this is not something you can leave pending. Someone’s ₦450,000 property is involved.
