If you also wished Cyril and Claude had an A+ support, I've been writing a fanfic about them (still ongoing): archiveofourown.org/works/20… I thought it'd be nice to document some of the stuff I found while writing it, so this is a commentary thread now, by chapter.

So like. Having been spoiled on what Vandahl's sprite looks like Fefw spoilers// . . . I suspect that Talimun isn't Vandahl's bio son because Vandahl also looks very pale. But. Drake...is brown Anyways I think realizing Maria is his mother also came with that realization
πŸ‘“@micro_lmOct 24
Yeah ok Talimun definitely doesn't know who she is yet. He probably figures it out over the course of the game. So funny he doesn't try to mention his mom around Maria even though she too is beautiful and has a vihuela. I guess he didn't expect his mother to be white

Fefw spoilers// . . . We know Talimun looks like his father from Maria saying so. Its ultimately called Drake's treasures. Not Vandahl's. I think a lot of people have mixed up the 2, but maybe that ambiguity of who did what is on purpose. I want to see the timeline of events

I think it adds layers to Mu being on Leda's team, while Leda is pursuing revenge over her own happiness as her father wanted her to. In the same way while Mikaela wants Mu to live a life free of violence, Mu wants to find her own way to both Mikaela and Leda's chagrin
πŸ‘“@micro_lm21h
The way Mikaela talks about herself makes me so sad. She left that life and tried to live a more "normal" life but even after 14 years of trying that and only 5 years of killing, she still can't escape the life of violence. After it, nothing she does feels real enough.

The women that Mu most admires are those that want Mu to be the least like them. Neither are wrong for wanting to deter Mu, but I think its important for Mu's admiration and refusal to see them purely for their failures to remind them of what they should be proud of too

Mars looked so imposing up on the throne but now that he's standing I think he also hovers around Talimun's height which is to say Claude height.

And she wants Mu to never step foot into this cycle because for her, once she was in, it changed her forever and she knows she's probably going to die in the battlefield

Eight-year-old Fatima Al-Bayouk, the sole survivor of her family after an Israeli bombing destroyed their home in late 2023, was killed by Israeli gunfire in Deir Al-Balah, central Gaza.
