Thank you @UNCP_Softball for a great camp on Saturday! I enjoyed learning more about the school and softball program. I also got to play with my team on Sunday and finished with a .667 batting average! Thank you again for a great weekend! @swstorm_navy @dees_44 @Coach_Malloryy

SUNDAY FUNDAY!!
First one back since my injury.
What I learned today….
Fear, anxiety, and impatience can interfere with your comeback and increase muscle tension. Focus on staying calm and steady to protect your recovery. I need to give myself grace as my recovery continues.

Finished this summer with 30 hits and a .429 batting average. I caught 8 stealing and picked off 5 from behind the plate. Taking the momentum from the summer into the first Rock Hill Tourney. Can’t wait to see @Bridget_Mazzo26 !
See our weekend schedule in blue. @swstorm_navy

Off season is for work. Putting in reps behind the plate - quick blocks and recoveries, clean transfers, strong throws, and reinforcing mechanics.
No shortcuts. No off season. Be a gnat.

The @UVASoftball prospect camp was amazing!
The overall theme of the weekend was TIMING! Timing the pitch, timing the swing, timing my footwork, timing my throws. I even learned how to juggle!
Thank you to the coaches and players who gave their time and talent this weekend! Can’t wait to come back to Palmer Park and UVA! Go Hoos!

Season ended Monday. The work starts Tuesday. 💪🥎
No offseason when you’re chasing big goals. Back in the cage for a batting lesson and kicking off the fall grind.
