Too many media want the easy - already written up - story....
Like, the BS Polls suggesting that Brad Bradford was tied and even ahead of Olivia Chow.
Too many media ran with it - any poll and press release - already done for them.
Based on the polling I had, Bradford was 10-points ahead with males over 54 years of age and only 3-points behind with females over 54 years of age.
For Chow to have won by 13-points, clearly means Chow had a much higher quality list of "identified supporters", with names, addresses & phone numbers - and they were able to get them out to vote to overcome the advantage Bradford had with 55+ voters.
So I tune in to @globalnewsto hoping to see some reporting and analysis of last night's municipal elections, and instead all I see is canned US reporting on Trump and Vance campaigning for the midterms. Total garbage. Over to 'How It's Made' instead. #cdnmedia

Two profs looked at Bradford's campaign, found complaints about filthy subways and unsafe parks, and bravely concluded: Trump. No rebuttals. No facts. Footnotes, presumably, pending.
Noticing the subway is disgusting is now a symptom of populism. Disagree? You're Trump.
If this is the rigour our universities celebrate, we have bigger problems than the subway. And if this is Chow's surrogate A-team, she's in trouble.
Go vote, Toronto.

I try not to raise my voice during interviews, but I felt the line of questioning by @CBCNews here was totally off. We are trying to do the right thing by calling on civilians to evacuate, yet get lectured on humanity.
