If we didn't listen to these same sentiments for 17 weeks last year, I don't think the fans would be as worried. To me, we are basically picking up right where we left off last year (which I didn't think was possible).
Cowboys DT Kenny Clark and OLB Rashan Gary spoke today in the locker room about the defense’s unexpected communication issues Sunday night against the Giants.
Clark: “Everybody has to look in the mirror and ask: ‘What can I do better?’ And fix it.”
Gary: “We’ve been taking steps in the right direction. Every mistake that was made is fixable.”
Gary on DC Christian Parker: “He’s been the same guy. Had a meeting, understand where we can be better at, came out with a plan of what we’re going to do this week to make sure we get better at those things. He’s an even-keeled guy.”
