A couple of news about @ApacheSedona (the most scalable spatial data processing engine):
-The number of download for Sedona has surpassed 20 Million Downloads.
-Sedona has a fresh new logo - check it out
-Last week, we released the biggest Sedona release (more than 150 PRs) with lots of spatial data processing goodies in.
-The number of contributors now reached 107
Sedona is Today being widely deployed and used in operational production by users of major cloud data platforms, such as AWS EMR, Databricks, Snowflake, and @wherobots
That is good news for the Apache Sedona Community in particular and the spatial data+ai community in general - That shows that the spatial data processing and analytics landscape keeps growing at a staggering rate.
