Absolutely disappointed by @flyspicejet , flight SG 151 has been delayed thrice, initial etd of 7.20 is now currently at 2, and based on past history of the flight I can see that it has delayed daily by hours, the flight should not be bookable if it can't honor the etd @DGCAIndia

No proper communication. No accountability. No visible support for stranded passengers.
Passengers deserve timely updates and basic courtesy.

Dear @airindia please do not deploy aircrafts with non functional entertainment system. Half of the entertainment system in today's flight from BLR to Gatwick did not function. Your state of art Vista entertainment system too do not work.
@airindia earns by selling rescheduled tickets for flights they deny entry for 1 hour prior.
Won’t allow to baggage drop at 2:15 for a 3 PM flight. Keeping passenger at counter feels warm, no? Atleast 20 passengers were sent back
Won the price for worst flight experience 🏆🏆
