Researchers at St. Joseph’s Healthcare and McMaster University are conducting a study looking at how cannabis exposure may impact breast milk. Interested cannabis users will be compensated to donate a milk sample up to 4 months postpartum. Contact: [email protected]

Learning about linear pattern rules with our “Pattern Rule Challenge”. Students used coloured tiles and graphs to represent y=mx+b pattern rules, then we did a gallery walk to guess.

As part of our “March Madness” we studied the song “If I had a Million Dollars”. Students researched and predicted what it would cost to buy all the items named in the song in 2021. They took the “really expensive ketchup” to the extreme.
Poetry March Madness is in full swing in 8A and F78. We’ve looked at spoken word poems, traditional poetry and song lyrics as poems. Now we need a song by a Canadian artist to go against “If I Had $1,000,000”. @GuyBrown_HWDSB
