Have said this before but that "camera" turn they do as Marge looks at the writing on the walls is like the one shot that's better than anything in Kubrick's movie

Trad friends be damned, but some major life lessons came my way not from the classics but from Patrick Stewart and Star Trek in the 90s.

Do Guardian Caps actually prevent concussions? @ChrisNowinski1 tells @PabloTorre why the story "appears to be a bit of a scam":
"[The NFL's] own published study showed it wasn't true."

I know everyone loves The Measure of Man but I've been convinced for a while now that some of his best acting was in this random episode from season 5, A Matter of Time. That's pure stage dialogue. He was so good. RIP

Star Trek TNG is awesome because there are so many episodes that are full of nonsense and Patrick Stewart will be there delivering one of the greatest performances to ever grace tv with a monologue that will make you question your existence

When I was a young, confused 20something (as opposed to being an older, confused 40something), the TNG episode "Tapestry" meant so much to me. What a performance

God, he was just so, so good. So formative to my mind in so many ways. Unbelievable loss.

Patrick Stewart's entire body of work, but as Picard in particular, is something that connects the person I am today with who I was as a kid. It collapses time for me. I still have the same awe and fascination with his performance and belief that it represents the best of us.
