This is proof that Kratom Danger Awareness is funded by an anti-Kratom trial attorney Matt Wetherington.
If you are a lawmaker and you are approached by any member from Kratom Danger Awareness about banning/scheduling Kratom, they are paid to approach you and fill you up emotions and not science.

Look at me being a productive member of society! This was my VERY first time voting ever. Kratom has saved my life! Years ago when I was using I had no idea what was going around in the world around me. All I cared about was my next fix and I would do anything to get it. I was strung out and a completely different person. I didn’t care about anything much less voting. I was a terrible person. Natural botanical leaf Kratom tea gave me my life back. Now I care about being informed and I care about what is going on around me. I’m considerate by Advocate not only for Kratom but for animals as well and people. I am no longer cooped up, locked in the bathroom searching my arms to get rigged up. I am a proud mother, I work full-time, and I’m just a few months away from getting my degree in psychology. It is heartbreaking to see these officials try to take away this Botanical plant that has saved my life and other people’s lives as well.
Botanical Kratom kept me from places like these.

A Ponchatoula mother and her boyfriend face negligent homicide charges after an autopsy revealed her 2-year-old child died from the toxic effects of kratom, police said Friday.
Ponchatoula Police Chief Bry Layrisson identified the suspects as Brooke Harter, 31, and Dominick Cenni, 27.
Police began investigating the child's death Aug. 24. An autopsy determined the child died from the toxic effects of dihydro-7-hydroxymitragynine and mitragynine, compounds associated with kratom, a substance derived from a plant that can produce opioid-like effects.

Defending every high-potency 7-OH product will destroy natural kratom access. When legislators see negative headlines, they ban the whole category. The only solution is to draw a bright line: protect natural leaf, strictly regulate isolates.
I just watched Dr. Gaylord Lopez, PharmD, DABAT, the Executive Director of the Georgia Poison Center say at the 10.23.26 Blue Ribbon Study Committee that the Ole Miss deaths were “KRATOM ONLY.”

AUBURN, Ind. (WPTA) - An Auburn 2-year-old suffered catastrophic brain injury after police say he was exposed to a drug called 7-OH.
Police have charged 20-year-old Kole Schwarz with neglect of a dependent resulting in catastrophic injury. Court records say Schwarz was the mother’s live-in boyfriend at the time.
