Love that you guys got Soccer packs now @Courtyard_io but you guys seriously need to increase your inventory or fix the randomization. Opened two packs and got the exact same card in both of them. Breaker ethics dilemma: Interesting situation I’m dealing with at the moment I thought I’d share with the hobby world without sharing any names. I Bought into a break with a very reputable breaking company and they pulled an absolute “NUKE” for me. Won’t share the exact card atm cause it would give it away but it was a rookie QB autograph numbered to 5. After about a week and a half of waiting for the card to arrive I reached out for a tracking number. Turns out they accidentally sent the card to the wrong customer. Sticky situation that I’m sure has happened to people before…
Well, the person who got the card has apparently ghosted them. They made me an offer I won’t share publicly but if this happened to you what would you expect them to do? It’s a new product so no real comps and numbered to 5. There are 2 listed on eBay though…. @CardPurchaser
As the customer, I expect them to purchase one of the cards on eBay as a replacement for me or send me the amount of money it would cost for me to buy the replacement card. Is that too much to ask?
Quick update…after sharing this post, magically the person who was mistakenly sent the card has agreed to send it back. Timing is a bit strange, but I’ll take it. Needless to say they won’t be getting my business anymore but I’m happy this appears to have been resolved.
