Muse was also able to export into STEP file format and I was then able to load it into next.BREP.io just fine! Nice work @mmiscool !!
When writing your own BREP kernel it is always fun to handle fillets. Been working on a BREP kernel since before it was cool in rust. Check out next.BREP.io to play with it in the browser or download a build that runs natively in windows or linux. Also check out the board design and self hostable PLM. No need to pay for #onshape to have browser based CAD with private files.

Everyone is talking about BREP kernels but what about PLM. next.brep.io/plm/ I hate working with files in a file system when you could be using a PLM server to actually manage the life-cycle of a design and track changes over time. See where a part is used and what impacts a change will have all with a handy MCP.
I demoed the MCP capabilities of next.BREP.io on the linux saloon live stream. I think this model was built in arround 90 seconds. youtube.com/live/On9NQhg6Fys…
Building 3D models and complete assemblies with an MCP is awesome. Building comple #pcbway ready PCBs in the same cad package along with wire harneses with cut lengths. Now that's just getting crazy all powered by your favorite agent. Try out next.BREP.io it's all free and you can run it completely locally. It has its own #BREPkernel written from scratch in rust. #CAD #PARAMETRIC
I have been working on a CAD application that is actually a joy to use and runs natively on Linux.

It can even import step files and convert them to useful step files with real surfaces. It is all free.
Set up a crude website for flashing firmware on various devices directly from your web browser. Do you think the logo is a bit over the top?

Did some more work on BREP.io
Added easy to use draggable grips for all the basic features so you can either edit in the dialog or interactively in the model.
Screen recording software for linux sucks. So I got angry and then got coding. screenCap.me is the brand new screen recording utility I made that lets you capture multiple clips & trim/combine them in to a single output video file completely client side in the browser.
