🫠❤️🫶 No Contradiction Between Discipline and Re-admission in the EFF‼️‼️‼️ I reaffirm my position that, in terms of the EFF Constitution and Code of Conduct, Dr Ndlozi’s conduct constituted organisational offences, including bringing the organisation into disrepute, breaching constitutional principles, publicly ventilating internal differences without CCT authorisation, and defining himself outside established organisational discipline. His resignation without submitting to internal disciplinary processes amounted to a violation of the duties and obligations binding on all members. This position in no way contradicts the CIC’s statement that Dr Ndlozi would be welcomed back into the EFF. The CIC’s remarks do not absolve Dr Ndlozi of accountability, nor do they preclude the CCT from instituting disciplinary processes should he return. The EFF retains the authority to both enforce its disciplinary framework and politically welcome a returning member, including extending a red carpet, without undermining constitutional discipline.
