🚨 This is what we’re fighting for. 🚨
Not headlines. Not politics.
Freedom.
From the courts to the Capitol, every victory comes from one thing:
Minnesotans who refuse to give up their rights.
This video tells that story—and the fight ahead.

Because rights don’t defend themselves.
Give the Star Tribune’s four pediatricians credit. They said the quiet part out loud this morning.
Their op-ed asks you to elect legislators who will pass a ban on so-called assault weapons, a ban on standard-capacity magazines, and new storage mandates for every gun owner in Minnesota. Then vote accordingly in November.
That is the agenda. Not “common sense.” Not “closing loopholes.” A ban on the most popular rifles in America and a limit on how many rounds you’re allowed to carry to defend your family.
The Senate already passed it this year. The House stopped it. One chamber is all that stands between you and this list.
They’re organized, funded, and already campaigning. Help us stop them. Every dollar goes to defending Minnesota gun owners this November.

This past week, we launched our first-ever television ad.
It’s about DFL Senator Grant Hauschild, and it’s the first of many more to come.
Here’s what happened. For 250 years, American men and women have fought to protect our rights, standing their ground no matter the cost. Grant Hauschild promised to do the same.
Then the moment came.
Grant Hauschild stood on the floor of the Minnesota Senate and cried right before he voted to take away our guns.
250 years of patriots who didn’t back down.
Grant Hauschild couldn’t make it one vote.
Watch the ad below.
Senators who vote for gun bans need to know that Minnesota gun owners will make sure every voter in their district hears about it. That’s what this ad does. And it’s just the start.
Taking this fight to TV, digital, and radio costs real money. To keep running ads like this one, we need to build the war chest to match what the other side is spending. If you can chip in today, it goes straight into getting this ad and the next ones in front of voters.

Texas says it has the authority to disarm peaceable people in businesses that serve alcohol and sporting events.
We’ll be at the Fifth Circuit the week of November 30 to argue otherwise.

Incredibly alarming that DOJ has declared it will not appeal the ruling that struck down the nearly 100-yr-old requirements for silencers, short-barreled rifles, and “sawed-off” shotguns.
These uniquely lethal devices can eviscerate public safety. bit.ly/4xUlxgk
In a case we are following, a preliminary injunction has been issued in Glock’s case in Connecticut. As we review the opinion we will pass along any additional insights.
From the Injunction: "...Having concluded that Plaintiffs have demonstrated that they are likely to succeed on the merits of their Second Amendment challenge to HB 5043; that Plaintiffs have demonstrated the likelihood that they will suffer irreparable harm if enforcement of the statute is not enjoined; and that the other factors to be weighed when considering the issuance of injunctive relief favor such relief, Plaintiffs’ Motions for Preliminary Injunctive Relief are GRANTED."

LEGAL ALERT: A Connecticut federal judge has issued a preliminary injunction against the state’s Glock ban, saying that “there is no dispute that handguns with a cruciform trigger bar (in an unconverted state) are not only safe, but extremely popular for purposes of self-defense, and their possession and carry rights are protected by the Second Amendment.” storage.courtlistener.com/re…

Can you imagine the reaction if we called for a mandatory 4-hour class before you could register to vote? Same thing. Constitutional Right delayed. A Poll Tax. santamariatimes.com/news/cal…

🚨 BREAKING:
The DOJ just sued the State of Minnesota, Minneapolis, and St. Paul over the state's permit to purchase and waiting period scheme.
Nowhere in the 2nd Amendment does it say "shall not be infringed, pending a 30-day review."

How are we all less safe if crime rates across the country are falling to record lows?
Trump has been a disaster on crime—from making it easier for dangerous people to get their hands on firearms to defunding law enforcement and cutting lifesaving grants our communities rely on.

The Second Amendment is not a second-class right! MN’s restriction of civil rights behind waiting periods is unconstitutional and indefensible. @CivilRights Division’s Second Amendment Section will continue to defend the Second Amendment as a FUNDAMENTAL civil right.

The DOJ has filed a lawsuit challenging Minnesota’s waiting periods of up to 30 days for certain guns. You can read the complaint here: storage.courtlistener.com/re…
LFG!!
Hey look what @CivilRights just dropped on the state of Minnesota! 🔥
From the complaint: "The State’s permit to purchase and waiting period regulatory scheme violates the Second Amendment for the more than ninety percent of Minnesota citizens who do not have a carry permit."

BREAKING: In a 2-1 vote, the Fifth Circuit ruled that the federal ban on direct interstate handgun sales violates the Second Amendment.

In 2023, a Minnesota "law" went into effect that allows local law enforcement to delay carry permits or firearm transfers for up to 30 days.
Yesterday, DOJ's Civil Rights Division under AAG Harmeet Dhillon, notified the state that if they do not stop enforcement of these unconstitutional programs/laws they will be sued by the DOJ.
Good news for folks waking up in Minnesota 🦅

Minnesota’s Democrat “regime” is being sued for denying constitutional rights.
This is what I voted for.
“the Court immediately cautioned against abusive regimes where lengthy wait times in processing license applications deny ordinary citizens their right to public carry."
A right delayed is a right denied. Minnesota cannot deny Americans the right to purchase commonly owned firearms with weeks-long waiting periods. The @CivilRights Division’s Second Amendment Section will challenge these violations of fundamental rights!

This is a really crappy way to report on this. Calling suppressors and SBRs "gangster weapons," when they are overwhelmingly used today by peaceable citizens and almost never used in crime, is bullshit.
I really think mainstream media needs to stop going only to the antigun side for comments and information. It would make their articles far less of a joke.
Anyway, the news is exciting. I have mixed feelings on it, because as I have said, I kind of want an appeal on this one so that the Fifth Circuit could lock in a win that would, at minimum, guarantee us an instant circuit split if a future Dem President decides to resume enforcement of the NFA and some antigun circuit lets him or her do so.
But I concede I am in the minority on that, so I won't rain on the parade. Yet another 2A victory thanks to the Trump Admin.
Yeah, no, Sheriff Fletcher. Young adults in Minnesota enjoy the full spectrum of their constitutional rights, just like we fought for in the Worth case.

The @CityofSanJose thinks they can charge $1600 for concealed carry permits and violate their citizens’ 2A rights. Wrong! The @CivilRights Division @theJusticeDept will see you in court. 🤨
