The second release of Oxide -- the decentralized, binary-first browser -- is out now.
What's new:
Multi-Tab Browsing Oxide now supports multiple tabs, each running in its own fully isolated sandbox. Every tab gets independent canvas, console, session storage, navigation, and input -- while sharing the persistent KV store and WASM engine across tabs. Open, close, and switch tabs with familiar keyboard shortcuts (Cmd/Ctrl+T, Cmd/Ctrl+W, Ctrl+Tab).
Bookmarks & Favorites Save and organize your favorite WASM apps. Bookmarks are persisted across sessions via sled. Star any page with Cmd/Ctrl+D, toggle the bookmarks panel with Cmd/Ctrl+B, and pin your most-used apps as favorites for quick access.
