Hey friends! Wanted to share: Lately I’ve been focusing on consistency with running. Done some research, and have begun structuring my weeks - today was long run day! Made it to 7.15 miles, which is my longest to date. Feeling proud, and enjoying the journey 🏃‍♂️🤗
