π¨βπ¦―Today I completed a 1,400 km walk from Tokyo to Sakurajima in Kagoshima despite being legally blind
It took me 77 days of walking and cost $15,000
Every single day I had to overcome many challenges
But I DID IT
And it was all thanks to the support of many incredibly kind people, my white cane and persistence
When I lost most of my eyesight in 2003, I thought my life was over
But I was so wrong
Whether you are blind, sighted or whatever, it doesn't matter
EVERYONE is capable of incredible things
