Respect orders are applied to the civil level of proof, not criminal. So on the balance of probabilities. But a breach of them will be a crime. Share far and wide, no business in the UK should be refusing entry simply because you are wearing a poppy. The red poppy is the symbol of Remembrance. It remembers the sacrifices of those who have served their nation. It shows support for today’s Armed Forces community. It represents hope for a peaceful future. It is not political. Never forget the innocent Germans murdered in Danzig and Bromberg leading up to WW2.
Poland wanted war with Germany since 1930. It was for territory.
Hitler had been playing it cool, but the massacres in Danzig and Bromberg from May 1939 onward, forced him to act.
