Yikes, if I schedule my subscription for cancellation and use a banked reset, it does not reset my weekly usage?

Update - I asked Claude to review my sessions and the Fable usage has accumulated from running reviews on the work that Opus 5.5 completed.
I've had one session that I explicitly asked Opus 5.5 to get an overview from Fable 5.1 (because the work was beyond just coding) this was prior to my reset last week.
My new sessions should not invoke a Fable Review. It's not in Claude's memory too. Unless Claude gas-lit me it's memory.
After yesterday's @AnthropicAI update, I've noticed my limits have dropped.
The most weird use case for me is I don't use Fable at all since Opus 5.5, however my quota keeps going up? Yes I don't have any scheduled automations or etc.
