Close second: "they'll come once it's polished." I've built a lot this year, and every time, distribution took longer than the build. AI made building 10x faster. It made nothing about getting customers faster.

Myth or Fact? βInvesting is just gambling"
Investing involves owning assets like stocks or ETFs, not simply betting on an outcome like gambling.
A stock represents ownership in a company. An ETF holds a basket of investments.
You choose what to invest in, how much, and how long to hold it.
Prices can still fall, but investing involves owning assets, not simply betting on an outcome.

Doing SEO for your money or your life niche βYMYLβ is no small work especially on a brand new website
After going through a few AI courses on the OpenAI platform, all I want to say is that, there's a completely new frontier developing and more companies will go the way of Moniepoint, in a good way.
I read and studied things that I didn't think previously existed. AI has come to stay guys.
Beyond just the nominal "prompting," Governance will be one of the next big things in terms of where AI is headed.
Next up will be roles tied to "Observability." There will be a new set of checklists per company that will be key to identifying what "good" is, what things like "successful test passed" mean, in the context of AI deployment.
Also, as more organisations refine their development workflows, deployment practitioners (the course I'm currently taking) will be at the forefront of this. You'll begin to see roles such as Codex Deployment Practitioner, or Development Workload Practitioner.
This could take a step-wise, pilot-based approach (for companies looking to refine a little part of their workflows), but it could also be holistic, for organisations looking to rebuild their workflows from the ground up.
More companies will go the way of @moniepointng, @moniepoint . Frankly, it's the optimal way to go.
The most important thing as an individual professional is to stay ready for the new opportunities that will arise based on this budding reality.
π¨BREAKING: @moniepoint to cut Engineering, Product roles in major restructuring.
The changes come as the fintech expands beyond its established Nigerian operations and grows its presence in Kenya.

Wealth gotten by vanity shall be diminished.
Wealth built on shortcuts, greed, and the desire to impress people can disappear as quickly as it comes.
Real wealth requires patience, discipline, wisdom, and honest work.
Donβt rush to look successful before you have built something that can sustain you.
Your goal should be more than making money;
it should be building wealth you can manage, grow, and use to make a difference.
Stay faithful to the process, even when progress feels slow.
A strong foundation takes time to build, but it gives your success a better chance of lasting.

Google just revealed how long SEO actually takes.
They've given typical timelines for 23 crawling, indexing and serving processes, so I've put them all into this simple graphic.
A few worth highlighting:
- Discovering a new page: ~20 hours
- Recrawling an existing page: ~30 days
- Processing link signals: Minutes to 3 weeks
- Updating a title in search: 1-2 days
- Processing a site migration: 1-3 months
- Recovering from a core update: 3-6 months
For context, these timelines aren't how long it takes from making a change to seeing a result.
Google needs to discover, crawl, index and serve your content, and those processes stack up.
For example:
Google might index your changes in just 1.5 hours. But if it doesn't crawl your page for another 30 days, those changes could stay unseen for a month.
Some practical takeaways:
1. If you've updated a page and nothing's changed, check the last crawl date in Search Console before assuming your changes didn't work.
2. If new pages aren't getting indexed, look at your internal links, sitemap, crawlability and content quality.
3. If you're migrating a website, don't expect everything to be sorted overnight. Monitor redirects, canonicals and indexing throughout the process.
4. If you've been hit by a core update, don't expect a few quick fixes to bring your traffic back next week.
And remember, these are Google's estimates, not guarantees. Some processes can take much longer or never happen at all.
I've included all 23 processes in the graphic below.
Save it for the next time you're wondering why your SEO changes aren't showing up.
