Believe it or not, it helps to be prepared for Kindergarten. I learned a lot on this visit to the @DeKalb_ELC.

The DeKalb County School District became the first in Georgia to offer free preschool for three-and four-year-olds in 2018. WABE visited the second year the ELC was open and returned recently to see how things are going in the center’s fifth year.
