Setting up a biomechanics lab on a race course in the desert was a novel experience for us! We learned a ton in the process and we are working hard to process the 144 hours of results!!! Looking forward to getting these results to you @runcamille! – at Vancouver, British Columbia
I’m so light and quiet they had to set up a doorbell to alert I was going through! I barely walked in the race- it felt better to “keep springing”. They said my light gait probably helped prevent muscle breakdown. Excited to hear about biomechanics from @runnerphysio & team 💃!
