And they hired every artist to do it? As much as OP who blocked me doesn't want to think about it - not every artist is getting paid. Some do everything they can and get nothing for it. To try and play nice and talk about everyone making it is unreasonable.

Artists not being paid is more of an economical issue. Historically speaking when the economy was booming people often thought "why not get it custom? I can afford it".
All major art cultural movements have happened during the "golden ages" of a civilization.

So, you're at the point you admit you're a troll? And just giving up entirely? Killing the entire point and stunting the whole modpocalypse?
If it's cheating, the cheater will get banned. If it's not, then obviously they won't. To blame the modding community for something that cheaters do, with or without accessible modding sites, is stupid.

You're missing the point here.
People (like Thiccfilla and Ohdough unfortunately) are soft pedalling these kinds of mods, which helps in normalizing them.
Even after DRG added modded servers the community already had normalized mods in vannila, the players complain to this day.
"And you're complicit."
I think everyone has the right to question someone with a clear anti-modding stance who happens to provide 'evidence' of the very thing they claim is happening everywhere, despite them being the only one to ever upload footage like this.
Because the OP blocked me.
And you can't attack the modding community for obliging with the wishes of the players for removing cheat mods. They removed it. End of story.
Cheaters will cheat. Shocker.
All this attempt at details and most of it went wrong. Yep - it's using Krita without actually doing layers - sketches or lineart again. Things that absolutely would have saved it way earlier.
"As long as you don't make x amount of money off of their IP, you can escape having to create original works."
Draw fanart if you want to draw fanart - share it even if you want people to see how good you do. But stop drawing stuff you don't own and selling it.
I started by just drawing the head and then thought he looked tuff so I completely fucked everything else up.
Finally touched MS Paint again. Still not used to this new mouse, but I am finally resigned to just accept it and draw anyways.
This response is the funniest. "Please just say you hate games, please..."
Sorry, I have played games most of my life. Just because your opinion is shit, doesn't mean mine needs to be too.
That's because you are a miserable person who would rather strangle something to death for your personal enjoyment.

I’d prefer game series to die or fade away than be drudged up and twisted through a distorted “fandom” lens
I said when they had access to the game. Learn to read. That implies that they simply were in the vicinity of it, it does not mean they actually played the games. They could have watched their older siblings play it and remembered it fondly enough to talk about it again.
He really thought that playing a whole series two decades ago would mean he is a gamer.
This is why this elitist "you didn't play the game" shit is stupid, because I am not going to hear it from someone who does not play the games anymore.

How long ago was this? Because if you are talking about having done all of that more than a year ago, you're not really proving anything. Real gamers can replay their favorite series at least two times a year.
It's almost as though the scammers that exist and won't get ousted from the art community who continue to cause grief to paying customers are continually making the entire community look bad and lessens the appeal and acceptance of paying for something that may be a scam or not.

That's an entirely different conversation to artists being expected to work for nothing and give up rights to their work for free im afraid.
Or perhaps artists need to remember that we are tolerated, not revered. Put the phone down, step outside and start talking to people about how the world is nothing without artists and see what type of interaction that quickly turns into.

Telling someone to "be humble" is one of the most arrogant things you can do
Josh can block me, but it does not change the fact that no functional person with good mental health has ever looked at fictional children and decides to try and figure out the "signs of fertility" that they have compared to other fictional children. It's fucking insane.
