HHpred web server: profile HMM database for the Prokaryotic Virus Remote Homologous Groups database (PHROGs; phrogs.lmge.uca.fr) is now online. In addition to the annotations provided by PHROGs, we have included predicted ECOD domains (prodata.swmed.edu/ecod).

We have included the full @emblebi @DeepMind AlphaFold/UniProt protein sequence database (alphafold_uniprot) and a filtered version of it (alphafold_uniprot50) as target databases for PSI-BLAST, HMMER, and PatternSearch.
