I gave away my office midway through my 11 years as a principal. I was much more effective & efficient in classrooms, hallways, the library, and the office than I ever was alone behind closed doors. Thanks to @MalachiPancoast for that breakthrough move.
The more you're in the hallways, the more connections you make.

Rather than giving out a quiz, students worked in teams to make their own @GetKahoot to test out the other teams. As the students played, the “teachers” went over the answers and any misconceptions. Transferring from “How can I teach…” to “How can the students learn…” @aisdtdt
