@asda wife been waiting for a hour and a half for a collection ….. called to complain said some one going to see her still nothing not fast or convenient @AsdaServiceTeam team have not apologised no help
Lunch time starving - Greggs stop off … dam it fridge is down I know hot food .. made my selection pay the dosh sat in a lovely park …. Cold the lot of it … bin waste of money WHY sell hot food cold. @GreggsOfficial

Would this be we purchase a ticket under the presumption we will have a seat in a train and if that can’t provide this .... I mean would you accept sitting in a boot of a taxi and paying the same amount
Did you claim this as a consequential loss? Did you already hold a ticket prior to this advice being given? They had failed to provide a service, and then failed to provide an alternative? I would appeal or consider the small claims court for breach of contract @WhichUK
