Axios has learned the White House has begun managing the DOJ's account on X to respond to posts highlighting mentions of Trump in the Epstein files.

As turnout in Texas nears 3 million votes, Hispanic turnout is now exceeding presidential levels. More Hispanics have voted than did at this point in the 2024 presidential election. What's driving this huge increase? Young voters.

Trump is so rattled by Obama packing crowds that heโs inventing imaginary voters.
Reporter: Do you worry about the latest approval ratings?
Trump: โI think the overall rating is very good. If I ran against anybody right now, they say Iโd win by 20-25 pointsโฆ Look at the crowds. You have 20,000 people outside trying to get in. Obama was here yesterday. He didnโt have a very big crowd. It was sparse.โ

Eight months into Trumpโs war, Americans are facing growing threats beyond the battlefield.
US intelligence is warning that Iranian plots to kill Americans overseas have reached โadvanced stages.โ
Embassy staffing is being reduced in Jordan, Lebanon, Qatar and the UAE. Nonessential personnel and families have been ordered out of Saudi Arabia.
All that and Trump is still threatening more attacks on Iran.

6. HE DEFENDED TRUMPโS ATTACK ON KAMALA HARRISโS BLACK IDENTITY
When Trump questioned Harrisโs Black identity, Donalds defended his remarks instead of condemning them.
7. DONALDS GOT A SECOND CHANCE
Donalds received pretrial diversion for a marijuana charge in 1997. After pleading no contest to felony theft in 2000, he served probation and later had his record expunged. Those second chances didnโt stop him from becoming a congressman.
8. THEN HE PUSHED TO RESTRICT SECOND CHANCES FOR OTHERS
Donalds championed the D.C. CRIMES Act, which would reduce youth-offender eligibility from age 24 to 18 and restrict sentencing flexibility.
He benefited from an expunged record, then backed legislation narrowing rehabilitation opportunities for other young people.

3. HE VOTED AGAINST POLICE REFORM
Donalds voted NO on the George Floyd Justice in Policing Act, which would have strengthened police accountability and restricted chokeholds.
4. HE VOTED AGAINST EXPANDING VOTING ACCESS
Donalds opposed the For the People Act, legislation to expand ballot access, combat gerrymandering and reduce moneyโs influence in politics.
5. HE SUPPORTED RESTRICTIONS ON RESTORED VOTING RIGHTS
After Florida voters approved restoring voting rights to many former felons, Donalds supported requiring payment of outstanding court fines, fees and restitution before those rights could be restored.

Republican Byron Donalds makes ONE point I agree with:
Black voters arenโt a monolith. Many are conservative, and BOTH parties need to earn our votes.
โIf you talk to Black voters like I have, and you talk about the issues around affordability, around job creation, about academic excellence, about upward mobility, about building real generational wealth.โ
He knows what Black voters want to hear. But his record tells a different story.
Letโs get into it.
1. HIS JIM CROW COMMENTS
Donalds said, โDuring Jim Crow, the Black family was together,โ and claimed more Black people voted conservatively.
Jim Crow was an era of legalized segregation, discrimination and widespread Black voter suppression.

If you want to know why Americans from all sides of the political spectrum must push back on data centers, look no further than what Google just did to Finland.
Google skipped required environmental assessments and illegally clear-cut 815 acres of pristine forest.
Over 250,000 mature old growth trees were cut down. Habitats destroyed. Wildlife run out of the area, and into nearby villages searching for food.
Worst of all, because the entire operation was illegal, the wood from the site cannot be sold or processed. So 800 acres of old growth forests destroyed needlessly in just months, for one Google data center.
Donald Trump criticized Google for the project, not because of its destruction, but because he wanted the data center built here in America.
This is the future of our beautiful forests, national parks, and public lands in rural communities all across America, if we allow this administration to continue with this lawless destruction. VOTE. ๐ณ๏ธ
