Went to pub to see some of the @wallabies game at 8pm on Sat night… Since it wasn’t on free to air tv. No one knew the game was on, but the staff put it on for me anyway. Had to leave at half time, thought I would hear the result. 1/2
2/2 This morning. Channel 7, nothing, channel 9 ( the FTA rugby partner) nothing. Thank goodness the @abcnews still thinks rugby is still a major sport, because, the commercial channels, the public, and the @wallabies aren’t acting like it.
Just at a hotel tonight to watch @wallabies v Japan… the bar staff and even some rugby fans here didn’t know the game was on… RUF needs advertising and FTA in this country to avoid a slow death @FreemanrugbyJPN
