a lot of artists seem to be showing up who have a rlly good understanding of anatomy and clothing but their lineart and coloring look like a beginner's..... hmmmm.... i wonder what could be causing this..........................

I don’t understand why the KDA song isn’t Girls? I get firestarter is their main song but girls was her collab lol. I wish they made a popstar/more/firestarter themed skin instead and had music to suit if they were gonna reuse her dj model and animations 🫩

at this point i have watched (and rewatched) like every youtube tutorial and studied other rigs and learned from study files. i really want to conquer live2d this year 💀 everytime i think something will be a fast experiment, it turns into days

I have probably poured 100 hours since April/may???? learning live2d lol. many of my studies don’t have final products but the benefit is that I can make all my own art for study files. the head on the left was done over the course of 3 days

it was significantly more complex than I anticipated. i re-rigged it about 3/4 times because the xy angles didn’t look right. the hair was also a nightmare for the angles too. 😭 the xyz head angles have physics applied to give the model a more alive look
