everyone knows fanfiction is mostly written for fun, but that doesn’t mean we have to accept writing from people who barely can form a sentence + as with every “hobby”, isn’t improving your craft kind of the point? you wouldn’t applaud someone who sucks at any other art form

Butchfemme history is intertwined with femmes being practically undetectable to straight people. I know today's (white) queer community hates recognizing its own loci of privilege, but femmes largely didn't need to do survival work bc we were traditionally employed, always been.
