On my 3rd Ford since 2016. Highly disappointed my 2023 Mach-E has severe factory paint bubbling in 20+ spots (TSB MC-11018321-0001) AND a High Voltage Battery error. Under warranty. Dealer gave a loaner, but I need @Ford @FordService to escalate & fully approve these major fixes!
Paid for a @Ford Mach-E, got bubbling and peeling paint. Ford is denying the claim because of a "date gap" in their TSB bulletins, ignoring their own bumper-to-bumper warranty. Unacceptable customer service. @JimFarley98 #EV #MustangMachE #Ford @FordService
