These sentences are a travesty and totally unjustified, but that's the point. Americans hate the fascist Trump regime, so the only way they can try to cling to power is brute force. NSPM-7 is a grave threat to all of us and more bullshit "terrorism" charges like these are coming. theguardian.com/us-news/2026…

The judge banned them from using self-defense arguments arbitrarily and the prosecution hid video evidence that completely disproves the government narrative during discovery. They blatantly broke the law to get this verdict inthesetimes.com/article/pra…

“If you attend a demonstration that becomes volatile due to an action taken by someone in the crowd—or, for that matter, someone in law enforcement—you could now find yourself on trial for something you had little to do with. Even if you aren’t present, as was the case with Sanchez, you run the risk of facing potentially life-ruining federal charges. If Prairieland sets the precedent, de Janon said, “the state could just accuse you of anything and say you ‘conspired’ to do [it].” newrepublic.com/article/2041…

The most outrageous sentencing since Harmelin in peak drug war 90s. 50 years for being in an Antifa book club and leaving an ICE protest when told to by police. These are not terrorists. These are thought crimes. Guilt by association. Gross violations of 1st and 2nd Amdt rights.
people who showed up to a protest outside an ICE facility and left when things got chaotic are getting HALF CENTURY sentences in federal court right now, my god

Prairieland protesters received 30–100 year terrorism sentences, far exceeding penalties given to the 1,500 individuals charged in the January 6 riot, highlighting a stark disparity in how similar cases are punished. truthout.org/articles/prairi…

Great piece from @ShireenNajla on @truthout! Thank you for your thorough journalism at a time when so many mainstream outlets can’t seem to be bothered to even read the court notes.

Fucking hell
🚨48-year-old former fire chief Gary Brandon of Moundsville, WV and proud Trump supporter has been charged with possession of child s*xual abuse material after being fired from his position in late April. According to Marshall County Prosecutor Joe Canestraro, the investigation started over theft allegations against Brandon — but when police executed a search warrant, they found approximately 8 images of child s*xual abuse material on a computer in his fire department office. The case was then handed to the West Virginia State Police. Brandon appeared before Judge Thomas Wood in Marshall County Magistrate Court, pleaded not guilty to one count of distributing or exhibiting visual portrayal of a minor engaged in s*xually explicit conduct, and posted a $2,500 bond. He’s due back in court June 25 for a preliminary hearing. Brandon had served the Moundsville Fire Department for 18 years and was sworn in as chief in 2018. The theft investigation is still ongoing — no related charges have been filed yet. Brandon posted a picture of himself wearing a pro-Trump “Puck Around Find Out 45/47” T-shirt. 45/47 represents Trump being both the 45 and 47th president of the United States, given he did not serve his presidential terms consecutively. Could you imagine all the viral headlines if this were a trans person or a drag queen? But since it’s the usual suspect, dead silence.

Benjamin Song was just given 100 years in federal prison for saving a protestor from execution by cop at a demonstration against the ICE concentration camps. He is a committed anarchist and defender of life. The fascist government is making an example of him. This is injustice.

THEY LITERALLY HID VIDEO EVIDENCE DISPROVING EVERYTHING THE PROSECUTION SAID! EVERYTHING THEY SAID IN THE TRIAL WAS A LIE and the evidence only came out after they were declared guilty. This is straight bullshit
Remember that the Prairieland trial had no real need to fabricate evidence for actual crimes. All they needed was a "terrorist conspiracy." A narrative. Taking this, the sentences and ideological nature into account, it's more similar to trials far in the past.

I’ve been investigating inauthentic online activity around Tulsi Gabbard for 7 years, and now hundreds of pages of leaked documents confirm much of what I found: that a network of fake accounts has been working for years to boost Gabbard and attack her critics. My latest:

Remember when thousands of people stormed the Capitol to stop the certification of the 2020 election and at most people got brief stints in jail, and none of the organizers have faced any consequences? But let’s cheer on a 100 year sentence for attending a noise demo.
