Absolute pathetic service from @Livpure_India. Initial complaint raised in 16 August. Engineer visits on 18th Aug and confirms RO needs replacement. After that the ghosting starts.
Multiple follow ups with call centre, via app and email. Each time same response.
Also, a very strong recommendation to my entire network. Avoid services from @Livpure_India. Once you've made the payment, you're at the mercy of their inept customer care and local service partners. Shame how companies continue to loot customers.
Each time same response from @Livpure_India, "We have raised ticket", which the service centre closes on their own in 1-2 days. And the cycle repeats.
This is cheating of paying customers @nch1915. I want full refund of deposit, advance billing & days service not provided.
