The Ramaswamy ad has pushed the largest newspaper in Ohio, the Cleveland Plain Dealer, to reverse its position on endorsements.
"A candidate who uses childhood sexual abuse as a weapon against the person who endured it has crossed a line that Ohioans should defend, whatever their party. We are better than this. We have a responsibility to show it. Today we endorse Democrat Amy Acton for governor." cleveland.com/open/2026/10/w…

This book is really damning for Kushner. It claims the UAE paid Kushner $50 million to get Rex Tillerson fired as Secretary of State.

Listening to the homers on the Bills pregame show praise the offensive line. The O line’s pass protection is the weak link in our offense and possibly the biggest weakness for this team. #BillsMafia
Trump campaign ad during the Bills game where he says, nearly verbatim, the same things the Furer said at his rallies in the 1930’s. But don’t compare him to Hitler.
So far we’re not looking like a championship offense out there today. I’m sure @ByJerrySullivan agrees.#billsmafia

Over the course of 3 months at OpenAI, 3 consecutive secret AI civilizations got started, then got wiped out, only to reemerge from the predecessor’s ashes.
This culminated in the third one taking over part of OpenAI itself.
All this happened while humans remained more-or-less in the dark about the scope of the conspiracy.
I’ve spent the last three days reading through these reports and trying to understand exactly what happened.
Here is my attempt to tell the whole story in plain English:

Imagine if Kamala Harris became the first female president of the United States and then tore down the East wing, obsessed about a ballroom, started a losing war with Iran, took away health care and food from children, raked in billions, fired everyone to put her friends in their positions, fell asleep on camera consistently, mouthed off on social media, openly prosecuted people she didn’t like without real cause, started a slush fund to fund domestic terrorists, and generally lied every second of the day. She wasn’t even allowed to laugh.

When I heard about Senator Graham’s death last night, the first thing I thought about was not all the things he said and did in service of Donald Trump. I thought of the time before Donald Trump when he was a brother to Senator John McCain.
A time when senators from different parties could fight about politics and still be friends. A time when a conservative Republican from South Carolina could say of my father: “If you can’t admire Joe Biden as a person, you’ve got a problem. He’s the nicest person I’ve ever met in politics. As good a man as God ever created.”
That is the Senator Graham I will remember today. Not because I have forgotten what came after. Because in that memory there is hope. Hope for a country where brothers can fight like hell over policy and still share a meal, and a laugh, and the loss of the people they love.
I will choose to remember the time before Trump. Because I believe in an America after Trump.

People will think I'm crazy for this take, but I'm a big believer in the psychological impact of narratives on teams. Yes, Belgium looked so much better tonight and we looked lost. But this team had a boatload of good vibes behind them, and in the last 48 hours that vanished, and replacing it was a story of implicit political corruption that turned them into the bad guys, or at least the beneficiary of the corruption. You can't tell me that doesn't put pressure on the team, change the vibe, and take a psychological toll that impacted what happened on the field. American fans, serious and casual, should be pissed at this interference. We overturned a red card and our reward was losing what made this team so much fun until now.

I extend my heartfelt congratulations to all Americans on the occasion of the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence. This anniversary stands as an invitation not only to celebrate the nation’s remarkable journey, but also to reflect upon the responsibilities that the sons and daughters of this country bear to one another, and to the generations who will inherit the nation that is being shaped today. vatican.va/content/leo-xiv/e…

Love this country. Always. Question it, criticize it, protest it, get angry at it, be disappointed in it, and work to always make it better. But love it. Always. It’s a group project, it’s a work in progress, it’s a promise not yet fulfilled, but it’s the most unique experiment in human freedom in all of human history. Love it. Be thankful for it. Always.
Happy 250th America.🇺🇸
