What the heck? I mobile deposit a personal check to @CapitalOne and the bank locks up all of my accounts until they can speak with the person who wrote the checks. That person lives in Mexico and her phone doesn’t receive calls there. So what can you do @AskCapitalOne ?
Sure put a hold on the amount of the check. Make it unavailable until it clears from the remitter’s bank. But the rest of the money in my account should be accessible. But not with @CapitalOne They lock your whole account even if the money has been released from the other bank
@CapitalOne locked my account on Tuesday. Wednesday was a holiday so no one answered their phone and today I’ve spent over three hours on hold only to be told there are no other options. How is this possible @AskCapitalOne ???
