#britishairways Still waiting for reimbursement from July. I have a case number. You keep responding saying that Customer support has forgotten. I don't care about being "remembered" I care about something being done. How is this allowed?!
#BritishAirways Can one sue airlines for not reimbursing? BA still hasn't dealt with my case. They stranded me in London (in July) and scheduled me to fly out 3 days later -- when other flights were available. I paid for my hotel. Still nothing.
#BritishAirways You owe me over €200 I paid out of my own pocket to cover YOUR expenses! And still no response from my reimbursement claim filed over a week ago. Anyone stuck by BA, do NOT pay out of your own pocket. They don't reimburse, they don't respond.
#BritishAirways Missed connection a week ago due BA error, was rebooked THREE DAYS after my original flight. Voucher for first night, then told to pay myself and would be reimbursed. Filed a claim five days ago, have heard nothing. I shoudln't have to underwrite BA's mistakes.
