Regardless of the announcement at 1400 today, the only way we win is by voting. Don’t hesitate.

The Left Gets Nothing
Washington, I know this ballot is confusing as hell. And that is on purpose. Politicians in our state are trying to confuse you becuase they don't believe in democracy. The only reason we get to vote on this is that enough brave people stood up and demanded it. Otherwise, the governor would have signed this into law like the King of England, treating us like serfs with no rights and no power. Well, I won't stand for being tricked, lied to, and treated like a child. Just to be crystal clear, if you vote "Yes," it will repeal the illegal income tax. It will not reduce funding to schools or human services because the tax doesn't go into effect until 2029. So we aren't taking anything away. Starbucks left because of this. Microsoft has threatened to move jobs out of state. Amazon now employs nearly 15,000 fewer people in Seattle than at its peak. Seattle is second to last in the number of VC deals that closed in Q3. Holding a small number of companies and rich people hostage, when they have options, is a foolish strategy that is already backfiring spectacularly. The solution? Reduce taxes on businesses and income. Why even tax people under 25 at all? Give families with children a HUGE tax credit. Make this state an incredible place to do business and have a family. Encourage entrepreneurs to come here. Get startups, agencies, and smart, motivated people to build here. We can increase overall state revenue if more people make stuff, employ people, and create more value for everyone here. Not by chasing them out of the state and creating a hostile environment for business. Remember this: governments and taxes don't make jobs. Entrepreneurs do.

Saying “the quiet part out loud.” As we’ve covered extensively for like 5 years now, people working against the Republican Party, but for BASED reasons, are contributing to an environment meant to secure complete leftist domination. Your shitty Rumble podcast where you GO OFF about how personally upset you are with the delta value between what is and what ought to be will be fine. The guys with skin in the game — for shit pay, by the way — won’t be. There will be significant professional, social, and even legal consequences. When the left feels threatened, they destroy your reputation with the media, prosecute you, kill you or at least try, etc. If the left were actually threatened by these people, I promise you’d know it. Instead, the left promotes these people and compliments their “integrity,” etc. You would have to be a total idiot to fall for this. As I said a year ago, if the Charlie Kirk assassination wasn’t enough for you to “get it,” then you never will and I genuinely think you should take up sports betting or watching entire-series loops of The Office. You’re too dumb to work with.

As a growth/value investor, I’d advise going long women here. The stock has never been lower. Sentiment couldn’t be more negative. Fundamentals are decent. Management is just catastrophically incompetent. The board has been captured by HR. In fact, the entire enterprise is now just one big HR department. Classic corporate governance failure. Thesis: Women are a blue-chip consumer staple with highly inelastic demand. A once-great civilizational institution now being run like a nonprofit arts collective with a $90 billion DEI budget. They abandoned the flagship business (being fertile cutie pies) into a low-margin, high-overhead product nobody wants (girlboss therapy sluts with fake email jobs) that mostly complains; spends all discretionary income on “boba tea” and “Sephora”; sends emails about emails and has meetings about meetings; and reallocates R&D into astrology, squiggly tattoos, SSRIs, and industrial-scale grievance production. They have an insurmountable competitive moat on ass and smelling nice, coupled with a very horny customer base that’s remained buyers for millennia. Even at peak dysfunction, demand has barely budged. Men have tried diversifying out of this asset class (video games, MMA, crypto, philosophy) to no avail. Every potential disruptor (AI gf’s, anime body pillows, sex robots, “Nietzsche”) has failed to find product-market fit. A quintessential distressed-asset play. A disciplined operator (a husband) takes the company private (makes her delete Instagram), cuts non-core operations (having “political opinions”), and refocuses on the core product (being a darling kitten). Reinstate the affection dividend (lots of sex) and they can return to aggressive organic growth (being pregnant). Expect a sassy proxy battle with the incumbent board (her group chat), outside counsel (her therapist), and entrenched institutional stakeholders (women with made-up master's degrees) to fight the deal. However a hostile takeover from an activist PE firm or small military junta can easily turn this around: liquidate the fake-email-job division, discontinue the 67,835 ongoing self-discovery initiatives, and redirect capital back toward the company's historically profitable core business: being sweet ladies. The plump assets are still there. The brand is iconic. The customer base is hopelessly loyal. We just need to get the business back to generating positive cash flow (litters of children) again. Enormous upside potential. Generational buying opportunity. I’m long $HOE

Is this a No Kings?
WA voting system is so rigged man. Why is this ok to put opinions to mislead voters on the ballot itself? The tax is not in place yet, so there's no "decrease" in funding if this passes.

The Emerald Tribes run this State
🚨RIVERS CLOSE AGAIN BUT…. TRIBES STILL NETTING!!! The Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife opened the Quillayute River to sport fishing for a total of just 13 days in October, then turned around and announced another closure! Now the Quillayute, Sol Duc, Bogachiel, Calawah, Hoh, and surrounding rivers are being closed to sport fishing over conservation concerns. Meanwhile, tribal commercial netting remains scheduled in the region! The tribes have been netting since the last week August. If conservation is truly the concern, why are not all fisheries being shut down? How does WDFW justify closing sport fishing while tribal commercial fisheries remain scheduled? Is this really co-management, or is conservation being applied differently depending on who’s fishing? Makes ZERO sense to me! The fishing public deserves answers, transparency, and equal consideration in conservation decisions. #BadgerFishing #WDFW #QuillayuteRiver #HohRiver #SolDucRiver #BogachielRiver #CalawahRiver #TribalNetting #Gillnetting #FishingClosures #WashingtonFishing #SalmonFishing #FishConservation #CoManagement #SportFishing #FishingRights #PacificNorthwest

@chrisreykdal Here we are, months after we met in person, when you sat across from me spewing lies and discrediting the feelings of girls, and now you’re doing the same thing again. You say in this interview that we should have “respect for our colleagues”. First of all, these people aren’t my colleagues. This is not about respect or disrespect. Then, you go on to dump guilt in our laps by saying that there are only 10–15 transgender athletes and then question why we can’t make them feel included. How dare you? It is not my job to make boys and men feel included. I don’t care about their feelings; I care about my own safety and fairness in my sport. Speaking of feelings, the downfall of education and what I see on a daily basis going on in the classrooms is more focused on feelings than truth and education standards which is a big problem. Life isn’t all about feelings. You have come out publicly against I-638, saying it is unnecessary. Thank God we have an initiative process in place in this state that allows people to stand up and use common sense against people like you, who are pushing your own agenda and ideology down the throats of Washingtonians. Coming from a 17-year-old, you’re useless. You are doing a disservice to the girls of Washington State by not having the guts to stand up for us. I also find it interesting that you say our brains are not fully developed until we are 25, yet you have come out against Initiative 001 and are in favor of minors being able to change their gender, be called a different name, and pursue “gender-affirming care” without their parents’ knowledge. I am not a state superintendent, and, for that matter, I haven’t even graduated high school. Yet, I have enough common sense to know that hiding information like that from parents is terribly wrong. But let’s stick to I-638. As an adult with a fully developed brain, you should use it to stand up for us girls who are crying out for help and simply asking to be protected in our own category and locker rooms. You are a true embarrassment. Thank you for showing the people of this state who you really are, especially the girls who are suffering because of your lack of awareness about what is happening right within our state. Your daughter, whom you like to bring up, and who you claim was an athlete herself, should be ashamed of her own father for not protecting girls. It makes me sick to think that you are hanging this dark cloud of guilt over the young girls in this state who are fighting for something that truly matters and are simply asking for safety in their locker rooms and fairness in their sports. I had an 18-year-old man in my locker room when I was 15. What, in your right mind, makes you think it is okay for me and other girls to have to potentially see a penis in our locker rooms? Again, what kind of person thinks it is okay for someone to see a penis in a girls’ locker room-perversion comes to mind. You sit there and lie, making people afraid by spreading misinformation about the initiative. You claim that it requires an invasive genital exam to confirm someone’s sex. That is absolutely wrong. What is truly happening, however, is that girls are being forced to enter such vulnerable spaces and risk seeing male genitals without their consent, or to compete against males on their girls’ teams. Lastly, speaking of respect, I have absolutely none for you. You have done nothing to support the truth; instead, you continue to go against it. You danced around the truth in April when we met, and you continue to do so now. If I were old enough to vote—and trust me, I wish I were—I would be the first one to try to vote you out of office. Because you have done nothing, I will continue to ask @GovBobFerguson for a face-to-face meeting. However, I doubt that will happen because, unfortunately, he shares the same crooked ideology as you. In closing, I want to encourage people to vote YES on I-638 to protect girls’ sports! -Frances Staudt

A young boy named Laurence was so troubled by the thought that he loved Aslan more than he loved Jesus that his mother wrote to C.S. Lewis about it. The legendary British author replied that Laurence “can’t really love Aslan more than Jesus,” because the lion was not a symbol of Christ: to Lewis, Aslan was Christ. That answer makes more sense once you know how Narnia began: many people assume Lewis sat down to teach children about Christianity and built a story around the lesson, an idea he dismissed as “pure moonshine.” Narnia started instead with pictures he had carried in his head for years, like a faun with an umbrella walking through a snowy wood. Then, as he tried to turn them into a story, “suddenly Aslan came bounding into it,” and even Lewis couldn’t fully explain it: “I don’t know where the Lion came from or why He came.” Once the lion was there, Lewis began to see who he really was. If Christ entered a world like Narnia, he asked himself, what would He become? In a land of talking animals, he reasoned, the answer had to be an animal too. He chose a lion because it is the king of the beasts, because the Bible itself calls Christ the Lion of Judah, and because, he admitted, he had been having strange dreams about lions when he began writing. With that in mind, the most famous scene in the books takes on a new meaning: when Aslan dies on the Stone Table in place of a traitor and returns at sunrise, Lewis wasn’t hiding the Easter story inside a fairy tale, he was picturing it happening a second time, in another world. And at the end of The Voyage of the Dawn Treader, Lewis has Aslan say it himself, in words meant as much for the reader as for the children: "I am in your world too. But there I have another name. You must learn to know me by that name. This was the very reason why you were brought to Narnia, that by knowing me here for a little, you may know me better there."
