🚨 #PHP CVE Update
We've reviewed the official disclosures and determined that the impact to NativePHP (and therefore your apps & users) is MINIMAL
Both vulnerabilities rely on the ability of an attacker to make remote requests
Nothing in Desktop or Mobile allows external requests by default
Regardless, we have brought forward our weekly process to build updated binaries to include the new PHP patches right now
These will be available shortly
Upgrade instructions to follow

SuperNative performance is about to get a big leap
The past few days (working on the /dev/null apps) I've uncovered - and solved - some pretty surprising performance issues on both iOS and Android

So you can draw shapes with animations on mobile screen, using just PHP/Blade code.
🚨 PSA
Worrying how the #PHP CVEs affect your NativePHP/SuperNative apps?
Good news:
*** NativePHP (by default) doesn't expose any sort of remote access to your apps ***
If you have explicitly added some form of remote access, you should take a closer look
Note: we don't yet have the full vuln details. Stay tuned. We are watching closely and will update as things develop

I don't think people realize the power of having one codebase for their mobile apps.
Gone are the days when we had to compromise on a native feel when looking for a hybrid solution.
With @nativephp, you can build real iOS and Android apps using the Laravel skills you already know. No slow web views and no need to learn Swift or Kotlin. Just the same PHP stack, running natively on mobile.
In just 7 months we've 10x'd our total installs of nativephp/mobile compared to all of 2025
We're on track for +1,000% yoy 🤯
Confident that we'll 10x again by this time next year

Some very nice improvements coming to @nativephp Desktop 👀
Scoping a route to a window used to take some pretty roundabout code.. but no more!
Declare a window together with its screens 💅 Navigate to any of those routes and it opens in the right window, automatically

So I've tried to build something with @nativephp for the first time! A tiny app to live on just one phone (no app store launch). I honestly did not look at the code 🫣 just redirected and evaluated as the project went along.
Answer: No. NativePHP securely generates and stores an installation-specific app key (encryption key) in the device's keychain/keystore, which is only injected into the app at runtime - never stored outside the secure storage
So you can just use the Laravel Crypt facade out of the box and safely store encrypted values on the device without SecureStorage
