🍃 Stimulate creativity
🍃 Build self-esteem

Take a few #mindful minutes to be aware of your #breath either when #outdoors or looking out a window on nature. If it’s difficult to let thoughts go then label the path of your breath as it happens ie breathing in, breathing out. What do you #notice?

Decades before our family lived there, First Lady Eleanor Roosevelt planted a Victory Garden on the White House lawn—and I'm thrilled to share that the Fruit & Vegetable Garden at the Obama Presidential Center will be named in her honor. I can’t wait for you all to visit!
