He was in a really bad situation the last 2 years that had people really thinking one of the best shooters EVER is just magically not good anymore lmao. NBA fans are smart and more advanced to what they see but there is a group that is very dumb and just goes with what others say
Klay Thompson on joining the Miami Heat:
“I feel young again for how hard they train me. I’m inspired that I have great seasons ahead. That’s what Miami has done so far. It really has reinvigorated my spirit for the game.”

Giannis on Klay Thompson and the team boat trip this summer:
“Klay scheduled a boat for us. We played some cards, ate some good food. It was fun. All of us, we grew up watching him play in the NBA finals. It’s fun to be around him!”

Klay Thompson says Andre Iguodala shared his experience with the Miami Heat in 2020 to him:
“Yeah, he talked about how exhausted he was all the time and how his body was always hurt. But that allowed him to go to the Finals again and play a huge role in that run. So that's why I'm happy to follow in his footsteps. Hopefully, I have a similar experience.”

Klay Thompson says he feels young again with the Miami Heat:
“It's been a tough start to the season.
But I feel like I'm enjoying my time very much. The competitiveness in this organization is second to none. I feel incredible. I feel young again for how hard they train me. I'm inspired that I have great seasons ahead. That's what Miami has done so far. It really has reinvigorated my spirit for the game.
A lot of running and making me accountable for my weight and body-fat percentage….I feel like young again and motivated to be great again."

Yaxel is really good
Klay Thompson isn't surprised at Warriors' rookie Yaxel Lendeborg's strong play to start his career, per @TomerAzarly.
"He's playing great. I'm not surprised because he looks like he's a great athlete with NBA size. And I know he had a great college career. Steve [Kerr] is a great coach, he's got a great staff, and he can get the most out of guys. So I'm not too surprised. And he's got a good leader in Draymond [Green]. They probably go back and forth with the Michigan State-Michigan rivalry. But Draymond is a great leader for young players. And so is Steph [Curry]. So I'm not too surprised."

Klay Thompson on Yaxel Lendeborg and whether he’s impressed by the rookie’s early performance:
“Yeah, he’s playing great. No, because he looks like he’s a great athlete, NBA size, and I know he had a great college career, and Steve is a great coach. I think he’s got a great staff, and they can get the most out of guys. So, not too surprised. And he’s got a good leader, Draymond. So, I know they probably go back and forth with the MSU-Michigan rivalry, but Draymond’s a great, great leader for young players, and so is Steph, so I’m not too surprised.”
