This is really dumb because while it’s true prices went up after Indian Point closed, those prices rose BECAUSE we then depended even more on fracked gas. Blakemen is basically claiming that he will solve the problem by digging us even further into the problem.
Kathy Hochul now admits closing Indian Point was a mistake. Our electric bills are up 50% on her watch.
Today, energy groups are warning that New York could face serious reliability problems as energy demand grows.
New Yorkers deserve reliable, affordable energy, not more uncertainty and higher costs.
When I am Governor, we will extract natural gas to help cut electric bills in half.

We stand with our district leader and her work, and we believe her story. The NYPD is known to use smear techniques against anybody who threatens their massive power.
Dana Rachlin tried harder than anyone I know to bridge the divide between the NYPD and community.
