Proposal #1 to initiate the $NEB Liquidity Bootstrapping Pool has successfully passed ✅
The LBP will start in <2 hours at 12:00 UTC, and last for 5 days
Two frontends will be available during the event:
- lbp.neb.money
- coinhall.org/charts/terra/te… (by @coinhall_org)
2/ Wallet balances at this snapshot will then be reinstated to holders at Nebula's genesis on the new chain.
Any balance changes after the snapshot block height will not be accounted for.

1/ Given the events that have transpired today, we have made the decision to temporarily delay Nebula's full launch.
We are continually re-evaluating the situation and will keep the community informed and updated on any new plans/launch timeline.
2/ Note:
With the passing of poll 3, the $LUST cluster will still be automatically created at approximately 7 PM UTC.
However, we recommend users avoid interacting with it until further notice, as final post-creation preparations for the cluster have yet to be completed.
4/ Liquidity Provision & LP Staking
To give the community ample time to provide liquidity and stake their LP tokens, $NEB liquidity mining rewards will automatically start roughly 24 hours after the full protocol launch, at noon UTC Wednesday 11th May.
