ATTN - SCAM: We have been notified by one of our delegators that there is another scam message via a transaction going around asking ADA users to visit nedscave.org in order to claim ADA. This is a scam. Please do NOT visit or connect your wallet to the site.
Cardano will not survive relying on tx fees alone. Cardano needs to launch its own flagship Dex funded by the treasury, no tokens, buy back Ada using fees. Same as hyperliquid, binance etc.. the business model works.
Projects funded by the treasury should airdrop at least 50% of their supplies to ADA holders. Time locked through vesting similar to midnight.
We are Van Rossem hard fork ready! All of our relays and block producers are now running cardano node version 11.0.1.
We voted 'No' for the proposal: Cardano Summit 2026 and TOKEN2049 Singapore.
We think that the requested budget is too high and the excess capital would be better spent on existing/building projects on cardano. We think that we should be supporting existing/building projects so that they are production ready, high quality, fully featured etc.. before we do any heavy marketing.
To our loyal delegators, due to the decline in ADA price, we can barely cover the cost of our AWS contract with the current staking fixed and margin fee. Therefore, we regret to announce that we have to return to the original fixed cost of 340 ADA per epoch and the margin fee of 2%. The new fees should be effective by 16th March 2026. To our delegators, as per the post below, we have reduced our pledge from 1 million ADA to 250,000 ADA per pool. This pledge change will come to effect in approx. two weeks. Thank you for your attention on this matter. xitter.cf/nedscave/status/198817…
To our delegators, due to the diminishing returns on the amount of pledge for stake pool operators, and to make use of the funds we have on our stake pools, we are planning to reduce our pledge to 250k ADA per block producer (per pool). This way we will have the flexibility to deploy our ADA for defi purposes. This reduction will have minimal affect to the rewards you receive from our pools. If in the future, the cardano concensus realigns the staking reward with the pledge amount we will reconsider increasing the pledge again.

We would like to show our block producer node performance and reliability to our current delegators and maybe future delegators. This is a summary screenshot of our NEDS1 block producer showing a two month uptime. 99.17% of blocks propagated within 1sec and 100% of blocks propagated within 5sec. 0 missed slots, and 0 invalid blocks.
