1/ TRUSCO Nakayama (Japanese factory tool and MRO wholesaler) gets ~38,000 quote requests a day. Its AI quoting system answers 30.5% of them, some in 5 seconds. FY25 net sales ¥320,043M, up 8.5%. Employees 3,184 to 3,258.
2/ At @susco, we built a line-item pricing database for a purchasing co-op of equipment dealers. Invoice capture fed their ERP, hand-keying hours dropped by a third, and they could compare vendor prices item by item.

1/ Howmet Aerospace (jet engine and gas turbine castings) scans every core, wax pattern and casting at every operation. It says that "Digital Thread" enables AI to improve yield and quality. FY25 revenue $8,252M, up 11%. Headcount ~23,930 to ~25,430.
2/ At @susco, we built a materials module for an industrial client's production system. It tracks every incoming and outgoing material by location so managers can audit each material's path. A simpler version of the tracking Howmet's AI runs on.
